For over two years, BioSafe has been able to onboard new distributors and sales reps quickly and deliver content instantly to help close sales cycles and given marketing the control to know what is effective in the field.
The Company
BioSafe Systems is a family-owned manufacturer of biodegradable crop protection, sanitation and water treatment products. BioSafe Systems is one of the country’s largest manufacturers of peracetic acid products and has pioneered many of the applications for peracetic acid used today in agriculture, horticulture and water treatment.

When BioSafe came to us, they were using brochures and cloud storage solutions to try and supply their reps and distributors with effective material. Not only was it not accessible in-the-field and on trade show floors, but printing costs were expensive due to ongoing lab testing and processing results continuously changing.
BioSafe systems needed a mobile solution to reduce printing costs and effectively launch new material instantly. A solution that could deliver every piece of content, whether safety data sheets, certifications or videos in a user experience that allows buyers to have an engaging conversation. With the innovative products that BioSafe Systems creates, the Command.App platform helped deliver an offline experience built for use in-the-field or on the trade show floor.

With BioSafe serving multiple markets with environmentally sustainable solutions, creating a message that can be custom tailored depending on the audience and industry, we needed to build something that is effective and expandable.
The BioSafe Systems sales app is a situational sales enablement solution that allows novice reps to veteran salespeople pick up and sell and gives them the confidence and preparedness to know they can be effective.
