Poised to develop the newest high-rise building on the acclaimed Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Mo, brokers and sales professionals needed be able to sell physical space in a building that hasn’t been built a yet.

How We Did It
We created a digital blueprint of how Block Real Estate planned to address their buyers. Additionally we developed a user experience that was intuitive, as well as, visually appealing. This allowed any broker to take the sales tool with them and accomplish a custom buyer experience every time.

The solution included a multi-use situational Sales App with a 3D Virtual Building Tour and Floor Views, Detailed Space Specifications, and Supporting Materials.
