With Command.App, performance, usability and easy user experience helped to make their dealer rep network with a wide range of associates confident and prepared for any situation.
The Company
Gallagher, a world wide animal management solutions manufacturer was in need of a mobile tool that would provide access to their vast sales materials when offline. A large portion of their team works in areas lacking connectivity and they would constantly be burdened to provide information to their customers at farms or on ranches using outdated print materials. In addition, their dealer rep network had a wide range of associates with varied technical know-how, so they wanted to find a solution that was dynamic, intuitive and easy to use for any non-technical users.

In addition, their dealer rep network had a wide range of associates with varied technical know-how, so they wanted to find a solution that was dynamic, intuitive and easy to use for any non-technical users.

How We Did It
In order to achieve a successful rollout of a mobile sales app strategy for Gallagher, the Command.App team decided to create a plan that would begin with a trade show support solution, then expand a solution for their internal sales reps, and would culminate in a dealer rep app solution for those external reps. Each app solution shares many of the same approved content and toolsets; however, they also have content and situational navigation that’s unique to its user groups.
The entire solution is built, deployed and managed within one cloud-based platform allowing Gallgher to handle multiple customer engagement support opportunities companywide.

The initial app solution was geared towards providing product specific answers to booth visitors in real-time, while delivering requested materials on the spot through the app’s lead capture toolset. When content is shared from the reps device, a record of the interaction is stored on the Command.App Admin Portal or integrated into their CRM where they review and follow up with all potential customers.

From there the additional Command Track Modules have provided resource materials and explanation videos in support of the field reps.
