Command.App Gets Results
Silverlon’s Command.App solution was rolled out and the benefits were immediately felt as sales reps were able to address questions or concerns instantly from potential buyers.
The Company
Argentum Medical, LLC is a leading manufacturer of silver plated wound care dressing products under the brand name Silverlon. Their complex product line has applications in multiple markets and requires various influencers’ sign-off within each healthcare organization they sell to.

They approached Command.App with the challenge to create a mobile sales tool that could be used to sell in a clinical manner. Most importantly, it needed to be nimble enough to present information under tight conditions within healthcare environments. They needed a solution that would allow reps to quickly get to specific information depending on who they had a chance to talk to when visiting hospitals, doctors offices and other healthcare facilities.


Furthermore, the Silverlon team wanted to be able to share inservicing materials through their mobile devices. If they were in a facility and a customer wanted “correct use technique” posters to hang on the walls, that wanted to be able to deliver them digitally on the spot.

The Silverlon executives could rest assured that all their reps were presenting materials, studies and inservice materials that met all regulatory guidelines.

How We Did It

The solution, complete with high-impact presentation materials and deep dive clinical studies was built within a few weeks, and rolled out to internal and dealer reps. The navigation was designed to situationally address multiple decision makers within their target facilities. If they have a chance to meet with a doctor for a few minutes, they can easily pull up content that speaks to what they care about. The reps can share clinical studies and FDA approval documentation, clearing the way to get their products into the facility. If they meet with a nurse practitioner who is often charged with applying wound care dressings, they can show videos of how easily the Silverlon bandages can be applied or specs on how effective the product is.
Once launched, our team trained an Organization Admin on the Silverlon team so they could easily add to and/or update content on their own using the Command.App Online Administration Portal. As new studies were approved and published, they were quickly deployed to their mobile app and reps were ready to roll. They were confident they had the most up to date (approved) content at the ready. In addition, the Command.App mobile solution works offline so even if there is slow or no internet connectivity in a facility, all their materials display perfectly and videos play without hesitation.
