Our experienced onboarding team helped implement a Command.App solution that is tailored to situationally present specific materials based on a customer conversation. Solvay’s reps can easily get right to the material they need to answer any question or concern within one-to-two taps of their mobile app. We’ve eliminated the need to say; “I’ll have to get back to you on that”.

In addition, our solution works offline so reps never have any issues when pulling up content to show a buyer because of poor internet connectivity . All their support collateral is up to date and at the ready, and every video plays flawlessly.
