Command.App Gets Results
With Command.App, WireCo’s marketing department was prepared to create a dynamic interactive booth experience, while also providing every single rep with a tool that allowed them to be prepared for any customer interaction that could arise.
The Company

WireCo WorldGroup is the world’s leader in manufacturing, engineering, and distributing wire rope, synthetic rope, specialized assemblies, wire products, and electromechanical cable. Their offerings consist of 13 different brands and product lines, for eight diverse markets.

Due to the complexity of their products, their marketing department was struggling with how to manage content while arming their reps in the field with a mobile sales tool. They needed something that could handle presenting multiple solutions in a simple but visually appealing format.

Their outdated technology sent materials out to their reps, but it was getting lost in a sea of files and folders making it nearly impossible to keep track. The marketing department would field phone calls on a daily basis from sales reps asking for support materials that had already been shared with them on multiple occasions. So much time, energy and effort was being spent on tracking down and effectively updating or overwriting outdated materials and resending to all the reps.
They needed a solution that prepared their reps to engage every customer with confidence, helped them speak directly to each individual market segment and bring up only the products that applied to that market. In addition, they were preparing for a trade show and knew that booth visitors would all have their own unique needs and information requirements. They needed help and wanted a solution that would be dynamic, interactive and designed to help make the complex WireCo WorldGroup story clear. They also wanted it to empower their representatives with access to all of their detailed product information in one easy to navigate mobile app. AND they wanted the same solution to be used in an interactive kiosk.

Within the framework of their mobile solution, we quickly executed a plan that fit WireCo’s need to maximize every opportunity with the customer.

WireCo deployed a unique and visually appealing front-page 2D image of all products and brands, inclusive of their position within the offshore oil and gas industry equipment and use. Their multiple brands and solutions were positioned in a manner that made sense to their prospective customers and clients, and could quickly access deep-dive collateral with buyer relevant information.

They had peace of mind, confident that all their brochures, spec sheets, videos and other support materials were up-to-date and at-the-ready to address customer centric questions or concerns instantly.

The Results
